What we sell
A short, curated catalog that changes with the auction and the season. Availability and exact pricing go out to the list twice a week, ahead of each order cutoff.
Otoro, chutoro, and akami from the Tokyo market, cut and vacuum-sealed at source. Sold as portioned blocks, not by the slab.

How it works
Everything is pre-sold before we buy it. Nothing sits in a case. Order by Monday noon for Wednesday delivery, or by Thursday noon for Saturday delivery.
Policies
We run two delivery cycles a week. Orders placed before Monday 12:00 PM AST are delivered that Wednesday; orders placed before Thursday 12:00 PM AST are delivered that Saturday. Product lands in San Juan in the morning and is delivered the same day, between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We deliver in Dorado and greater San Juan, Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside Puerto Rico.
Because every item is perishable and pre-ordered, we do not accept returns. We do stand behind quality without argument:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the cutoff for their cycle (Monday or Thursday, 12:00 PM AST). After that, the product has been purchased on your behalf and the order is final. Memberships and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is taken at the time of order by card or bank transfer. Unprepared food is exempt from Puerto Rico sales tax (IVU); prepared items, where offered, are taxed at the applicable rate.
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and are purchasing for personal household use. Products are sold as described on the weekly market sheet; availability, grade, and price vary by week and are confirmed at the time of order. Certain items are intended for raw consumption — consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness, particularly for people who are pregnant, immunocompromised, elderly, or very young. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order: name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
